"This is a beautiful hotel, but it is dated. It is also not near anything. Nothing is close to it. You will need a car if you are to go anywhere. Also, the food inside the hotel is geared towards Western culture. We were looking for more local foods. The hotel room was nice, but the AC units were never cleaned and had lots of mold in them. The pool was nice."

"A VERY pleasant little boutique hotel, right in the heart of New Sukhothai. Nice staff, tasteful furnishings, coffee-making facilities, proximity to the Night Market, make this a very good choice for tourists or holiday-makers.
Trips to & from Old Sukhothai are cheap & easy to arrange, and take around 20 -25 minutes.
NOTE: Make sure you have the BOLT App on your phone, as transport options are otherwise more challenging than in bigger cities."

"The staffs were extremely nice and helpful. The location is extremely convenient. It is cross street to the Historical Park, so we can in and out of the park many times in a day. The room is a bit hot, however with such a good price, one cannot complain. "

We booked this hotel as the one we had been told to visit was full, and we are so glad we did! It was absolutely charming, the hosts superb, and the breakfast delicious. Location was phenomena to get to the old city, coffee nearby with short walk or bike ride! Bikes on site to rent were a plus as was the proximityt to the old city. We were very very pleased that we got into what we felt was a far better place than the one that had been recommended!

Great hotel, beautiful gardens, ok restaurant, but cheaper restaurants on main strip. Has bikes available to ride around the park. Enjoy! We booked for four nights and stayed for a week.

We stay here every time we visit Sukhothai. The service has always been great. This visit was during the pandemic. Service was limited. Breakfast was included in the booking but instead of buffet service, food had to be ordered in advance. It was tasty.
The two things that were short for this trip were 1) towels were smelly. 2) staff wasn’t reachable during the night time. However, we understood that it was right after the relaxing of the public heath measure restrictions, hotel probably was...

This guesthouse is located in the new city which is, according to me, better than the old city. The owner Hank and his wife Tuey are devoted to their guests. The food is excellent and having a drink on the terrace after a long day is very relaxing. Every thing is walking distance. To go to Sukhothai Historical park, you only have to take the public bus wich cost you lest than nothing 30THB. You can spend hours in this park, rent a bicicle, to see many Buddha.
