This resort is located towards the north of the island. It is accessible either by a curvy road which takes around 30 minutes from Tong Sala, the main town or directly by speedboat from Koh Samui. The resort is simply the paradise and is in harmony with the flora and fauna of the island. The staff from the reception, to the bistro and from the house keeping crew to the massage therapists were nice and lovely. The breakfast was tasty and delicious. Nice resort

Celebrated our 30th and this place was perfect. Even when we had a monsoon it was still perfect. Would highly recommend beachfront units. If you're up to it get up early to see the sunrise. Just Awesome!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent location, close to beautiful beach. A lot of the restaurants close by were closed when we visited.

This place was truly the highlight of our trip to ko phangan. We visited on our honeymoon and the rooms could not be more beautiful. The service was impeccable and the reception staff were absolutely so gracious and upgraded our room to one that blew us away. We're so grateful to this hotel for all their hospitality and will definetely come back!

Fantastic resort for our honeymoon. Not a single complaint. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always remembered us wherever we went. The food was really great as well and the grounds and our villa kept emulate. The beach at the resort have little rocks which are a little uncomfortable to the feet, but a very short walk away is a beautiful ling sandy beach with tons of restaurants.

Absolutely stunning place to stay ... Delicious food and breakfast. Very very clean and kind staff . The beach is gorgeous and even the pool is facing the ocean ... Like out of the movies. Me and my spouse felt like a queen and king .

This has got to be one of the most welcoming place we have ever stayed in Thailand. May and her husband, Not welcomed us with open arms from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was exceptional. Its not buffet, its made with care and attention, just like mom would make. The rooms are very modern and clean. Bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The beach is spectacular, with great snorkeling to the right of the resort. May was able to book our ferry and taxi back to koh samui. We wish we had found this...

Everything about my stay at Baan Kiao was perfect! I originally booked just 4 nights, but I kept extending my stay cause I simply didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere here is just something special, so warm and welcoming, and all the staff are the most amazing. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Amazing staff, amazing view, amazing place! Food is really good and not too expensive, but there are restaurants nearby. If you can book one of the two rooms next to the pool, the view is... perfect. :) (The other rooms have partial sea view, which is not bad either.)

This was great little property with nice access to a private beach and pool. There was some construction going on units while we were there but it was off-season and that will like make the units even nicer once done. Overall, it was a great place and well worth the price
