"We really enjoyed this small hotel complex. Very family feel and very welcoming. The location is great as directly on the beach for sunset cocktails. The trees grow virtually on the water's edge and the branches fall close to the ground giving the beach a feel of compartments of privacy. The walk into town in the evenings isn't particularly well lit but other than this a very nice place to stay and would certainly return. "

"Great location, still a car is helpful and adviced to go around (about 15min from center thong sala). The hotel service is great. The beach sand with small stones so closed diving shoes are advised. The hotel pool is great also the breakfast. Tiny of maintainance and the hotel can get realy tidy. In summary, great hotel"

"In the morning of the day of check-in, we got a message from this hotel telling us they are undergoing “construction” and don’t know what when will finish. Said they had put us in their sister hotel - Koh Ma Resort - “which is more expensive” They give us no choice at that point, as we cannot cancel on the day of check-in. In Koh Ma everything was closed and only one restaurant available,which the hotel restaurant. It was so depressing... nothing to do at all. "

"We stayed at the Bay for 3 nights before the full moon party. First impressions were good: the rooms are colorful, the location is good, the food was great, and the staff were welcoming. However, shortly after settling into our room I was moving pillows around on our bed and noticed a line of dead bugs underneath one. The staff kindly reassured us that they were from a recent pesticide treatment and moved us into a new room. If this was our only hiccup, we would have happily moved on and...

"This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away. The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing. Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly. I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "
