There were stains on the bench, the wall , trash on the floor in my room and a handle was broke on the closet door , dirty curtains. In the hallway there were chunks of tile missing which could cause a trip hazard . There was a stick placed in the ice machine in the hallway. When I first arrived at the front desk I had to wait for 10 minutes to be waited on - due to no one at the desk. "
