"Leider fing unser Aufenthalt damit an, dass wir keine Check-In Informationen erhalten haben. Erst nach einem Anruf wurde uns der Code für die schlüsselbox mitgeteilt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind dort wirklich sehr begrenzt, was ebenfalls ziemlich unpraktisch ist. Die Wohnung an sich ist hübsch, jedoch für zwei Personen unpraktisch, wenn nur eine Bettdecke und Kissen bezogen ist und für die weitere Decke und Kissen (die im Bad unter der Treppe liegen) keine Bezüge vorhanden sind. "Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, hell. Jeder hatte ein Zimmer für sich, es liegt direkt am Weinberg mit Blick auf die Grevenburg zu einer Seite. Wir waren auch zum lernen vor Prüfungen dort und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Unten gibt es eine Terrasse für alle und es war sehr easy mit Check-in und out. Das WLAN gibg bei uns oben im letzten Stock nicht so gut. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, müsste da nochmal schauen. Alles in allem eln sehr schöner Aufenthalt "

"Große, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Check In war super entspannt, mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min in Koblenz Innenstadt. Es gab nur 1 Parkplatz, vor der Tür aber genug Möglichkeiten. Wir waren zu acht. Trotz vorherigem Nachfragen gab es im essbereich nur 6 Stühle. Auf die erste Nachfrage musste ich mehrere Wochen auf eine Antwort warten. Dies sowie nur die eine Bewertung haben mich kurz an der Existenz zweiflen lassen. Den Schreibtischstuhl konnten wir als siebten Stuhl noch dazu stellen aber eine...

"Room was very clean and spacious! The property itself is classic. The staff was a bit difficult we would get different information from different staff. They also weren’t very friendly at the restaurant Le Bristol. We had dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was ok. When they asked if we would like to see the wine menu we said “yes we would like to look at it” and the waitress rolled her eyes. The food I would say is average. My husband dish was very dry and lacked flavor. Breakfast was also average and to be honest for the price you pay a big let down. The options are limited and wasn’t anything special. Not likely to stay again. "

"The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. The fact that the hotel overlooked the track was easily the best part! The rooms were decent sized and clean except for showers...the tile grout was extremely dirty/moldy. We apparently went in the off season so there was not a lot open but we could watch people doing practice laps while we ate breakfast!!"

"I was originally placed in a room that was stuffy, smelt mildew, like it had been closed up for some time. I went down to the front counter and requested a room change. The desk clerk was very accommodating and move me right away. I was one in the morning and there was no way have a good nights rest. I appreciate it you moving me, but I don’t think anyone should be put in that room in the condition it was."

"The rooms were very small and basic but contemporary and very clean. I hadn’t realised I wasn’t in the ‘main’ hotel but an annex a street away. I had to check in at one hotel and then walk about 800m to the next one which had no reception. It was rather noisy through the night with doors banging and noise from the stairs, but I presume that’s because it’s an airport hotel and people were coming and going. If you’re only staying to make using the airport easier, it’s fine. No idea what the other hotel would be like to stay at but when I got my key from there, there seemed to be a nice atmosphere. "
