### Apartment 'Picco 1' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Beuren, the holiday apartment "Picco 1" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, table tennis rackets and balls as well as a fan.  
  
The apartment also offers a small private balcony where smoking is allowed.  
  
Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a playground and table tennis table next to the building.  
  
The Kliedinger waterfall is highly recommended and is 7 km away. Meanwhile, Lutzerath is 11 km away, Cochem/Zell is 9 km away and Bad Bertrich is 7 km away. In addition, Hahn airport is 21.3 km away, the next motorway is 23 km away, and the Maare is 18.4 km away.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets are not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by adults at least 25 years old.  
  
The accommodation has a step-free indoor area.  
  
Access to the apartment is through the balcony.  
  
Every Saturday a baker comes by to sell newspapers and fresh bread and cakes.  
  
You can purchase a box of potatoes, onions and eggs from a local farmer in the neighborhood.
