Located in Beuren, the holiday apartment "Picco 1" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, table tennis rackets and balls as well as a fan.  
  
The apartment also offers a small private balcony where smoking is allowed.  
  
Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a playground and table tennis table next to the building.   
  
The Kliedinger waterfall is highly recommended and is 7 km away. Meanwhile, Lutzerath is 11 km away, Cochem/Zell is 9 km away and Bad Bertrich is 7 km away. In addition, Hahn airport is 21.3 km away, the next motorway is 23 km away, and the Maare is 18.4 km away.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
