"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Had a great stay at Anthony’s. The hotel is great in the summer to use as a base to hike and bike as cable cars and trails super close. Also surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. We had an Anthony’s suite on the 4th floor which was great, a good size, good amenities and comfortable. However no AC so a little warm.. but not really an issue as could leave the balcony door ajar at night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A shout out to Dan in the bar particularly. "We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Bayerischer Hof — just as on our previous visits. The service was warm and attentive, the breakfast was EXZELLENT, and the atmosphere of the hotel is so charming and inviting. It really feels like a home away from home, and we always appreciate the care the staff puts into making guests feel welcome. The only downside this time was that our room faced the church, and the bells were very loud, ringing every hour. Even every 15min.— Also late night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, this did disturb our sleep quite a bit. That said, we still truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the hotel. For light sleepers, it might be worth requesting a room that does not face the church. Thank you again to the whole team — we’re looking forward to coming back!"
