"Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße, aber trotzdem mitten im Zentrum von Zingst mit allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal; sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt - es fehlt an nichts.
Der Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage (Schranke) ist sehr vorteilhaft und der absperrbare Fahrradraum ist ein weiteres Plus.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (sind nicht vor Ort) war reibungslos und freundlich - wir haben uns gut...

"Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage – der Ostseestrand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. "Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal und für die Fahrräder gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Keller in der Tiefgarage, den die Hausgäste mit ihren Transpondern öffnen können. Zu unserer Wohnung gehörte kein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das wahr etwas umständlich weil unser kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ca. 400m entfern war. Man kann aber das Auto vor dem Haus entladen und dafür gibt es auch Transportkarren die in der Tiefgarage stehen, man muß nur einen Chip dabei haben...

Die Küche und das Bad sind hochwertig ausgestattet und alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Sauberkeit und Kontakt zur Gastgeberin waren top. "Sehr schönes gepflegtes und geräumiges Ferienhaus für eine Großfamilie. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von der Waschmaschine über Trockner bis zur sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Durch das dazu gebuchte Wäschepaket auch entspannt bezüglich des Gepäcks.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig aber doch zentral. Bis zum Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
