"We loved the amazing, hospitable staff. The view was amazing and the entire trip was very relaxing. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again. The staff is incredibly welcoming and great to work with. "
"Ein hübsches Hotel für Erholungssuchende in einer schönen Bucht.
Die Anlage ist sehr urig und einfach in einem tropischen Garten gehalten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück wird am Tisch entsprechend der Wünsche serviert."
"It’s good place if you renting a car and going around, just sleeping there.. staff was friendly but not experience with needs of tourists ( and to be honest we don’t need much). Enoying problems with lack of water and internet"
"It is terrible there - first overbooked - than I had a look at the rooms- dirty dump, dark, unacceptable. The surrounding is very loud all the day long and even in the night."
"Kein Wlan, schmutzig, kein fließend Wasser, keine Stromversorgung, kein Frühstück bekommen trotz Buchung. Expedia nimmt auch keine Stellungnahme hierzu. "

"We absolutely loved Baraza. First and foremost, every single person working there (and there are so many as it’s well maintained) has a smile, a love of life and can’t help you enough. The resort, beach and spa are beautiful. I didn’t realize it included all meals which were beyond delicious, truly world class. There was local entertainment with dinner each night. There was an interesting class each dayWe had a different massage each day (pricing is treat). We went snorkeling nearby, great trip. Zanzibar is a very poor island, but the people are extremely happy and there is very low crime. Do stone town on the day you are leaving to avoid the round trip. We had personal guided tour of spice market which was great. Ask for Abbas. So glad we stayed at Baraza!"

"A truly magical holiday with great attentive staff, Nitin and his team really looked after us. The resort is set in a very natural surrounding and there is lots of opportunity to catch the wildlife in action (including cheeky monkeys!). Pool was great for long swims, fitness centre was very well equipped. The food was immaculate! Both the lunch and dinner menu amazed us every time we dined. Evening entertainment was very entertaining! I recommend you go for all inclusive, full board or at a minimal half board. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in the beach - great pool - fantastic friendly attentive staff. Me and my son stayed in an economy room garden view - all good - comfy bed - mosquito net - even turndown service before bed - nice touch. Beach is fantastic - can hire local boat out to reef for nice snorkelling - walk 30 - 40 min on beach into Paje kitesurfing central and restaurants, drinking spots abound. There are some other hotels nearby on beach slightly north - can walk to for dinner - but we advise ensure walking back in the light. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thx"
