OCEANFRONT - SUN AND COVERED DECKS - SCREENED PORCH - PRIVATE WALKWAY TO BEACH FROM DECK - SPECTACULAR VIEW!

The WILDYE at Ships Watch features the 5-Bedroom Atlantic floorplan of 3000+ sqft with Entertaining on the Upper Level. You'll find a Great Room which includes the living area (with wet bar), dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Slip onto the spacious sun decks to catch some restoring rays to tuck away on the screened porch and refresh with ocean breezes, each with expansive views of the ocean. There is also a powder room on this level.

The Entry level features all of the bedrooms: one KING suite, two QUEEN suites and two TWIN bedrooms that share a bath. Each of the suites have covered deck access. This level also includes access to the decks, and the private walkway to the beach, as well as the laundry closet.

WILDYE is Oceanfront, at the end of a cul de sac with a private walkway to the beach from the entry level deck.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great ocean views and access, short walk to boardwalk on the sound. Beautiful, comfortable home with large family room and plentiful couch space and recliners for visiting. Close to restaurants and shops. Just all around lovely.
