Very comfortable and bright cottage you are sure to enjoy, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great restaurants. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room. The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub!
Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with an extra refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, and a hammock!
