Hot Tub! Amazing ocean views! Welcome to Sunrise to Sunset, our 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located at MP 2.5 in Kitty Hawk! Ocean views from all 13 windows surrounding the great room! Very comfortable and bright cottage you are sure to enjoy, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great restaurants. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room. The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub! Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with an extra refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, and a hammock! It didn’t even matter that the weather wasn’t perfect because we were able to wake up and look out at the ocean from the beautiful big windows in the sitting area. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our meals and the hot tub was awesome! The house was located close to every amenity you could need, grocery, restaurant, golf, arcades, and even an Escape Room. Home has all that one needs, and more. Kitchen was well-appointed and even had martini, champagne and wine glasses. Many games and movies. Hot tub and fire pit were nice touches. The home was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and was also close to many restaurants and things to do. The inside of the home was very clean and the open floor plan was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you’d need to cook and serve big family meals and the back yard / back deck was very inviting as well with lots of room for the kids outdoor fun. And, we couldn’t have asked for any better communication with the host, Howard. He was amazing! Overall, a 10 out of 10 and we would definitely stay here again! ##### Ron S. We stayed at the cottage for a three day weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays...definitely wished we could've stayed longer...we will next time!!! Short walk to the beach and the cottage was equiped with everything you need from beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas, to a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor sitting area, kitchen totally furnished with cookware, dinnerware, glasses, etc., large table for dining, a TV in every room, and the list goes on and on! Great deck in the front of the cottage to enjoy a view of the ocean and/or watch the sunrise each morning! The owner was in communication in a timely fashion with instructions on using the keypad to lock/unlock the cottage and also was available for anything else we needed, which was nothing! We even were able to check in a bit early, so, overall, I would definitely recommend this cottage! We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you! ##### Sheila O.
