This oceanfront home features 5 spacious bedrooms and four and a half baths. Enjoy the amazing views of the great Atlantic Ocean from the generous living area, as well as from the Dining room and the gourmet kitchen. Entertain at the wet bar, or relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the ocean. This home offers private ocean access from the King Master bedroom, which has its own spacious ensuite bathroom. In addition to the King Master, there are 2 additional King suites, each with their own bathroom and also 2 twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are all located on the lower entry level, giving the wide-open upper level great views of the Atlantic. Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
