This stunning soundfront estate sits in Kitty Hawk's quiet, gated First Flight Ridge community—offering peace, privacy, and a front-row seat to the best sunsets on the Outer Banks.  
  
Inside, the top-level gathering space is bright and open, with a wall of sound-facing windows and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island for easy meal prep and casual conversation. Just off the main living area, the top-level king suite features deck access, gorgeous water views, and a spacious private bath with a soaking tub.  
  
The mid-level includes four additional en suites—each with deck access, private baths, and cozy, beachy decor. There's also a quiet office nook, ideal for catching up on email or curling up with a book before stepping out to the shaded deck to soak in the view. Two more bedrooms on the ground level share a full hall bath, along with a pool table, wet bar, and full-size fridge for snacks and drinks.  
  
Step outside, and you'll find one of the best backyards on Kitty Hawk Bay. The gated saltwater pool looks straight out over the sound, with plenty of space to relax in the loungers or gather at the shaded Tiki bar. Fire up the grill, take a soak in the hot tub, or stay out past sunset under the warm glow of Edison lights. A private outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day of fun.  
  
With a community pier and the Wright Brothers Multi-Use Path right out your door and beaches, shopping, and dining just a short drive away, Sea La Vie is your launch point for unforgettable OBX days and peaceful evenings on the water.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
