Located only half a block from the sandy shores, the beach is practically at your doorstep. This splendid vacation home is designed to cater to your every need, offering a contemporary kitchen, open living spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters for the ultimate beach getaway. Between the bedrooms, trundle bed in the loft, and murphy bed, this home can sleep up to 10 people! The Space: Ground level: \- Carport \- Outdoor shower \- Play area \- Charcoal grill Main Level: \- Stocked kitchen \- Dining area \- Living area \- 4 bedrooms Loft: \- Trundle bed \- Dedicated work space Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. There is an exterior facing camera used for home security and vendor coordination. \*\*Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23\.
