- CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The beach is about three blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!
IS THERE A GRILL?
Unfortunately No. Due to wing we do not allow grills.

Gorgeous Getaway Property
Beautifully curated space with all the comforts of home. Perfect for families and groups of friends. A few blocks away from a nice bike trail. Just be prepared to fight over who gets dibs to the hammock! 10/10 recommend.

Two Great Days
We needed two days stay in the OBX until our other house was available. This house was perfect, except for not having any beach toys. Most families with kids or grandkids could use them.. loved the house and the surrounding area.

Not one problem or disappointment
The house was clean and so well decorated. The best thing about our stay is that RT answered the phone at least 15 times with my questions and making sure of everything. He was always right there with suggestions and offering to show us how to go, where to eat and what to do. He made me feel that he was going to be there to fix any problem. Bravo!
