The open and airy kitchen flows into the living area seamlessly, while the many windows flood the house with Carolina sunshine. 5 bedrooms provide plenty of room for your group to have their own space, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing at the end of a beach day. Plan your stay today! The Space: Welcome to Makai, your Southern Shores paradise located 1 min from the beach! The top level is beautifully open, flowing seamlessly through the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is modern and stocked with everything you need to create meals for the whole group. The counter barstools make it easy for casual chitchat and keeping the chef company, or grabbing a quick snack before a beach day. You can wind down with a movie in the living room at the end of the night, before retiring to one of the three bedrooms on this level; a master king with a private full ensuite bath, or one of two queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. The lower level features another king bedroom, as well as a bunk room. The full bath ensures convenience for those staying on this floor, and the bonus family room provides another TV for those with differing movie tastes, as well as a 4 player gaming system that offers thousands of games. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available as well. Upstairs there is a screened in porch with a table where you can enjoy the sunrise and coffee in the shade, or move out onto the open deck to really feel the ocean breeze. Everything was clean and prepped for our short stay and management was very communicative. It is very close to the beach which was exactly what we wanted and on a quiet street. The inside was set up perfect for us - we had 2 families so one could stay upstairs and the other downstairs with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again! We only used the upstairs since there were only two of us, but the downstairs was very nice too - large living room with huge tv, two nice bedrooms and a full bath.
