About this property

Calico Jack's Galley

  • Come enjoy your stay in our Historic "Beach Box" across the street from the beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is just steps away from a very exclusive and beautiful beach. We have central heat/air, washer/dryer, High Speed Wifi, Smart 65" TV and plenty of off street parking.

    Our beautful little cottage features two queen pillow top beds and two twin pillow tops. We have a full size kitchen with all that's needed to cook a full dinner!

    We hope you will love the original wood plank walls and ceilings. This is the way they built these original cottages years ago. Even the cabinets are built from the same wood and by the same carpenters. A very Historic Outer Banks Beach Cottage. This beach cottage can be described as Rustic. We are making improvements to our new addition and you may notice a few minor imperfections. We hope you will love the fabulous location as we are focused on providing a clean and comfortable respite for you and your family.

    Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 75 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.
