    As Good As It Gets is a Pet-Friendly vibrant, modern vacation home offering an ideal oasis located just steps away from the ocean. The house features a joyful, beach-themed living space with an open-plan layout connecting the plush seating area to the kitchen and dining space under airy, high ceilings. Culinary activities are a delight in the completely remodeled kitchen, which is brightly decorated, fully equipped with new appliances, and offers generous counter space. Guests can easily access the magnificent beach and spend their days enjoying the sun, surf, and sand. When not at the ocean, relaxation awaits at the private pool, which is available from May through early October. The home also provides multiple sun and shade decks, a Screened Porch, and a dedicated ground-floor den with a TV and futon for the kids. Located in the Bayberry Bluffs neighborhood, guests have easy access to family bike rides and quick trips to downtown Duck's unique shops, dining, and the popular soundfront boardwalk.

Location is excellent. Across the street is the path to the beach and the sand is maybe 300ft from the door. The pool is wonderful and the upper deck has a partial view of the ocean. The sound, market and Boardwalk are a longer wall or a very short drive. The house shows signs of a lot of use but everything works. You are paying for the location not the wow factor of the house. It worked well for our family of 7.
