Great location, but would not stay here again

The location is the best thing about this property. It's less than a football field length to the beach and situated on a very quiet, private street. The house had everything we needed for the week to cook a few meals. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would not stay here again due to the cleanliness and outdated amenities. The floors and couch were dirty. There were dirty sheets left on all the beds, with new clean sheets folded on top of each comforter. You shouldn't have to remove a previous guest's dirty sheets! The dishwasher was also full of dishes when we arrived. I messaged the host three times after we checked in about the sheets, dishwasher and grill. I received no response.
