It also was super close to the pool and a decent walk to the beach. The cons were that the backyard was overrun with shrubs and weeds and therefore not useable for pets or small children. The deck is not in good shape and the railing is loose. It was not ideal for small children and everyone had to wear shoes at all times due to blisters. The AC was not working on day 1-3 but was eventually fixed. The dishwasher was broken and the maintenance guy who came over to fix the AC said someone would be out to fix the dishwasher and it never happened. ##### Taylor I.
