"One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. "It is important to book a room at this hotel in its main building, which encompasses a delightful courtyard, and not in the annex. They placed our first night erroneously in the annex but apologized and moved our second night to the main building. Overall the staff were all helpful and courteous. But it was Jenat (or Janet) (whose name means heaven) who made our stay quite heavenly. It was she who prepared and served our exceptional breakfast each morning there. "
