« This is a brand new hotel which only opened 2 months ago. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious with good air conditioning, good showers and generally high quality fixings. The best thing about the hotel is that it lies west of Dar es Salaam, which means that you avoid the worst of the city traffic. It is only about 25 minutes from the airport so it makes a highly convenient stop-over for people transiting through. When we were there some other guests had been put up there by one of the...

"Problème technique recurrent pour un hotel haut standing 4,5 étoiles avoir des coupure de courant multiple dans la même heure c'est frustrant : coupure pendant la douche, coincer dans l'ascenseur, entrain de regarder un film .... Le personnel est super sympa : Candy la garde de service, Joahanna, Said, Mercy, Hassan a la reception sont des personnes vraiment aidant et toujours la solutions a vos problemes. Piscine trop petite et visible de tous cest dommage de plus l'hôtel nest pas composé de spa comme les autres hotel IHG, Des chambres tres spacieuses, l'air conditionnée est tres apprecier et bien fonctionnel au vue de la haute saisons,"

"Mobilier tres vieux, Pas de debit pour l'eau la premiere nuit donc on recueillait l'eau dans les mains pour se laver. Le lendemain, c'est l'evacuation d'eau de la baignoire qui n'etait pas bonne. On se retrouvait dans une flaque d'eau dans la baignoire avec l'eau savonneuse. Le WIFI etait instable. Obligé d'utiliser l'internet de notre portable. L'hotel n'est pas a la hauteur des 5 étoiles affichées sur le site. "
