The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport (traffic allowing, of course), and it is really close to the Simba grocery store. Lots of very friendly and helpful staff. Deluxe room includes free breakfast buffet with extensive choices and cooked-to-order eggs. Free wi-fi. This was the only reason we went to Dar Es Salaam (layover). The room was giant and the shower was so good! A nice break from the African austerity as a tourist. The hotel is close to the airport. The shuttle was easy to arrange and a friendly driver picked us up promptly. Our room was beautiful, clean and large. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke excellent English. Very good value. So close to the airport. Only addition would be a hair dryer, but certainly not a deal breaker.
