"This hotel was a 10/10. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. The food was great compared to others all inclusive. We were able to get into different restaurants pretty easily. There were areas quiet enough to relax, while other areas were more active to have fun. The staff were super kind and respectful. We went to the Neon Party at the Riu next door and we were greatly surprised by the environment and scale of it. Super recommended! I would go back!"

"We stayed here for two weeks and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful touches that made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic — from the pool area to the relaxing common spaces, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to keep things exciting throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning again soon!"
