"Wonderful hotel with great staff. The room was nice and clean and quiet. The restaurant was not great, but the rest was fantastic. The breakfast had very greasy, limp bacon, and the rest of the food was so so."

"Very standard 3 star hotel. Definitely heard traffic noise throughout the night, the shower head is very low, the mattresses weren’t horrible but almost felt like sleeping in a trampoline. All interactions with staff were excellent. The hotel is very well located and parking was ample but I never like paying for parking at a hotel - I’m sure it’s standard in the area but seems unnecessary. The hotel was fine for a night. Compared to other properties I’ve stayed in Bellevue, I probably wouldn’t return."

"I needed a room with handicap accessible bathroom and room for a walker to get around.i had a Dr. appointment at OPA Ortho in Seattle so it was not too far. It was a very quiet area so that was helpful to be able to sleep. "

"The desk chair was rather uncomfortable and the AC unit in the wall was a bit loud and close to the bed. However, the hotel was great and I actually did sleep well. Nice sheets. Plenty of underground parking"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night as three friends and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Since it was the birthday month for two of us, we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view, which made our stay extra special. The location is lovely, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We especially enjoyed the complimentary snack bar with great drink options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"This sweet cottage is a real throwback to how vacation rentals began. Attentive hosts, safe places, priced affordably. The bonus was the beautiful yard styled as an English garden. The kitchen was missing a few items but we were able to borrow them from the hosts. I would recommend this place 100% if you’re staying in Kirkland or visiting Seattle. "
