"Our stay was very good. This was my second time staying at Three Bears Resort, and overall we had a great experience. However, I feel that the water park could use some maintenance. The pools, water jets, and wave pool need some repairs, and parts of the park would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updates. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout...

"Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta."

"The room was clean. Outside of that it was terrible room smelled musty, pool closed, breakfast was skimpy at best. Was promised a $10 refund on room rate never fixed even after I told them at check out. Save you money and go somewhere else."
