"For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. "Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. "
