Three bedroom bungalow sleeping 5 in an ideal part of Kinsale. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all amenities. The quaint, picturesque, bustling little streets of kinsale, the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, the harbour, marina area and fishing boats are all right on your doorstep, less than 10 minutes walk away. Kinsale enjoys a growing reputation as the gourmet centre of Ireland. Live music can also be heard from many a pub as you walk along Kinsale's streets. An ideal location for sailing, golf, and fishing, Kinsale has a yachting harbour, sailing club and three golf courses. Not only do Kinsale's glorious beaches, coves and inlets make it one of the most popular bathing, snorkelling and surfing areas in Ireland, the waterfront is also a launching post for deep-sea angling, scuba diving and blue-shark fishing trips. Very comfortable,clean, spacious,well equipped,all appliances in good working order.Nice patio and garden area.Location very quiet and 5 mins walk down town to centre.Yes,there is a hill,but manageable,it is a hilly region.Very scenic,town is lovely and colourful.Parking a bonus.One issue in twin room,bottom shelf not secured,easy fix. Extremely happy and would definitely return to no 21 .

Pleasant Stay…..but only just !
After a few days it became obvious that the bed in the en suite room was not for us…. Basically it was too firm and we needed to supplement the mattress to make it softer. Also we found that the microwave was not working…just before dinner one evening. It showed every sign of operating…but not cooking !!! The patio needs to be replaced due to loose slabs… The property is beginning to feel it’s age.. Homely, but not great value !!! Entry/exit to the property is near impossible at school start/finishing times because of indiscriminate parking by parents who are either dropping off or picking up their children. The double yellow lines have no effect. Kinsale itself is looking jaded when compared with other tourist towns nearby.

Nice place but some issues
We stayed at the house for 2 days. There were issues at the house that impacted our health so we moved to another location. The owner was very gracious and respectful and refunded the money. The house is a great location close to town centre. It has all that you need- full kitchen, living room, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive garden. The owner was easy to work with. He plans to address the issues we noted in his house. Once that is corrected, I would recommend this as a great place to stay!

Short walk to centre Kinsale. Lovely view from garden. Would stay again. Clean ironed bedding. Family bathroom looks newly refurbished. En suite could do with the same treatment. Would recommend.

Lovely bungalow with nice enclosed garden, but walk to town is more than 5 minutes and walk back is steep up hill. Property well maintained and in a quiet area.

Ireland vacation
Graham’s house was very clean and cost, and immediately felt like home. It was very close to the downtown area, and we enjoyed all the pubs and restaurants Kinsale has to offer, especially loved the music. We would live to stay in the cottage again!

This house has a great location for staying in Kinsale. Its a very well equipped house. Beds are comfortably. It has a lovely lawn to the back with seating & fabulous view, if you were lucky enough to have nice weather. KINSALE itself is a lovely town....

A nice, warm and comfortable bungalow with space for 6 people to be comfortable. Views from the living room, kitchen and garden are lovely when the sun shines.

Perfect central location
location was within walking distance of center of town. Couldn't have been better placed for exploring Kinsale and immediate area. Rained hard most of our visit so we didn't roam far but still found plenty to do.

Rather dated property, could do with some TLC, shower tray and sinks were blocked, loo roll holder coming off the wall, crockery dirty and chipped, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, photos gave the impression it was detached, very disappointed to find it was on an ordinary housing estate, also would be hard pushed to get to the town centre in 5 minutes walk

Great bungalow near centre of Kinsale
We enjoyed a week here in September , it’s very convenient for access to Kinsale town centre. Nice little garden with outdoor table and chairs .There are also some very nice pictures on the walls. There were a few minor problems that need attention. The shower door on the en suite shower would not close and the window in that room leaked quite severely . None of the lights under the kitchen cupboards worked and the ventilation unit over the hobs did not work and was not clean . The sink drains outflow was blocked but I think I cleared this .The lawns were well maintained .

Loved our experience of Kinsale. The bungalow was well located, an easy walk of 10 minutes or so into the centre. For the less able, parking was available in the town and the family next door were the local taxi firm! We loved finishing off every day sitting in the sunshine in the garden and enjoying the views. We had a July visit and the weather was very kind. The bungalow had 3 decent sized bedrooms and the property had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Very easy house with view . Everything you needed . Great for days out and local food . Take leads to connect TV to devices .or DVDs Didn’t walk into town as had elderly parents but think the walk in would be great in high season as parking interesting in Kinsale . Throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location!
Lovely little townhouse within walking distance from the town centre. Graham was SUPER responsive. Beds were comfy. Massive cold snap the week we were there and the heating was just fine. Kitchen could have a few more staples (sponge, paper towel). Overall, great and would stay there again.
