"This is a nice option for a quality stay under budget in the central Namba location. The hotel is equipped with a lot of amenities, including a 7-11 inside. Its problem, ironically, is its success and popularity. Too many people means queues and long wait times for laundry, luggage storage and even the elevators, especially during peak hours."

"We loved our stay in this hotel! The room had a lot of space, was well maintained and looked brand new. The convenience store right under the hotel was awesome to have, we visited it at least once a day. The location is good too, an easy walk to Osaka Station and the main shopping hubs. The hotel laundry was very affordable and easy to use as well if you time it properly. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Osaka!"

"Large hotel. Everything okay. Only issue is during check in, front desk was not busy with 3 to 4 staff standing by doing nothing but will not check us in. Asked to use self service. Self serve did not work. Ended back at front desk and finally got checked in. Not very courteous and quite frankly rude not willing to help us first time. Most hotel check you in willingly with a smile."
