Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. While we stayed at the cabin it had snowed a considerable amount overnight. The next day while leaving my girlfriend had taken the wrong turn and got stuck about 1.5miles down the road. Me not having any means to remedy the situation I made a hail marry call to the property owner at 8am to see if he could help. Sure enough he immediately came to the rescue with a bobcat and chains. I didn't expect him to even pick up the phone that early, but he went above and beyond to help us out. The stay was great, we loved the place, and I cannot thank them enough for getting us out of a pinch! I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!"
