The front desk clerk who checked me in was very polite, however, in the process of checking in I had an issue with the day shift manager. She was trying to charge me for a room that was already paid for through Expedia. Her attitude became very rude and unpleasant because she did not comprehend that I did not owe anything except for the deposit. Instead of arguing with her I immediately called the Expedia Gold member customer service, and my issue was taken care of expeditiously by the phone rep. No complimentary upgrade was offered by the front desk, nor any other perks associated with my Expedia elite status. The room was subpar, and the a/c unit had mold on it and smelled really badly. The bathroom was clean, but nothing spectacular about it. In the middle of the night you can hear doors shutting very loudly, so if you are looking for a good nights sleep it is not possible. The convenience of the 24/hr casino shuttle to and from the hotel was a plus. The lobby was decorated nicely, but that is about it for the compliments.
