Very good

Enjoyed the rental, proximity to Killington, and access to the pool and hot tub a few buildings away. Plenty of space and we had everything we needed in this rental. Ski weather wasn't the best but it was a great trip.
This was a lovely propert, with plenty of room. Everything was clean and well stocked, comfy and cosy. Thanks so much

Nice getaway
Pretty solid spot to stay in Vermont, close to pretty much everything. Access to the spa is more than likely what makes this place worth while after a long day of skiing. Fireplace is also nice.

The Woods
Spacious condo. Easily room for 6+ guests. Well decorated with Adirondack and bear themes. Good location close to Killington. Beautiful spa and pool, but the pool water was a little cool.
Overall the stay was very good. The unit was the right size and configuration for our family of three. Great location on the Killington Road. A previous guest didn't clean the pots and pans at all, the glassware was also suspect, so we decided to eat out for most meals but there were many closeby options. We LOVED the pool and spa: it would be helpful to provide information about operating hours in the unit.
Was looking for a place near killington to support my son who was in training camp. My challenge has always been reliable internet since I work remote. This place had all items advertised and was easy to use.
This was a fantastic pave to stay! There's plenty of room for everyone to have space and be completely comfortable! It was very nicely decorated with a cabin/ woodsy feel to it! There were even games and thngs for kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with things you need
We enjoyed staying here! It was very quiet and peaceful!!
Unfortunately, there is a very long 10 digit code to unlock the door. It needs to be only 4-5 digits for easy memory. Take your phone with you in case the wind blows the door shut, so you can look it up!!
Thought the proximity to the mountain was amazing and hot tub/pool for the complex was great the condo communication was awful. We had no heat and no one responded via text or call until the next morning, and did not work off and on all weekend with no response, check or even price adjustment. Very disappointed in the communication and also the cleanliness of the condo. Was very dated and dirty too Have used VRBO many times but felt that we should have received a credit for a night and no on ever got back to me. Disappointed.
The condo was very clean and cozy. My family had a wonderful time. Even when something small like the coffee pot needed to be replaced, a new one was brought to us very quickly. The pool and spa were very close to the condo and were very nice. Overall a great place!
Place was in great condition, plenty of space for 6. Everything worked as described. Spa facility was amazing. Short walk to hot tub and pool after a short drive to the ski resort
The condo was clean but the kitchen floor was sticky! Not sure if it was the floor cleaner used but not big deal the kitchen floor is small and we did a quick clean

Spacious 2 bedroom condo
You get access to the spa gym, pool, hot tub, steamer, locker rooms, sauna, and patio. Stayed here alone for a wedding, place was clean and had everything you’d need to feel at home. Would highly recommend. They also have an extra large jet tub in the master bathroom, another unexpected bonus from this gem.
Love the layout. Two king size beds on the main floor made it easy for grandparents that have difficulty with stairs. Also, made it easy for babysitting the 15 month old toddler while others skied. Access to the Spa is a bonus, swimming pool, hot tub and saunas for apres ski.

Cozy condo that needs some attention
The condo is comfortable for 2 couples, I would not recommend the futon as an adult sleeping area. Each bedroom had access from the room to a bathroom, which was great, allowing for privacy. We were comfortable enough for two nights, but the mattresses will need to be replaced very soon and overall the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. They also need to replace their cleaning crew as there were obvious misses.

Great experience
Wonderful experience, quiet , clean and remote. We enjoyed proximity of the spa nearby- swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi- we loved it- we went to spa every single day!!! House had everything we needded, for cooking, diswasher, washing machine and dryer.
The only thing we would like change is a working fireplace and certain things in the house they need some upgraded such as jacuzzi. We loved Amber who is a property manager, she actully drove to deliver laundry detergent, and gave us HER OWN NETFLIX PASSWORD!! She was amazing during our whole stay.
Highly recommended!!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Place was adequate
This unit was not great. One wine glass, no trash bags, no serving bowl, no salad bowl, dishwasher was terrible, no tissues. Bath mats were dirty. 10 am checkout with no extension from Vacasa. Pretty disappointed with this stay.

Updated kitchen - not entire condo
The location of this condo and the Woods complex is great. The pool, spa and brewery are fun. This condo advertised that is was recently updated. The kitchen, some interior doors and carpeting was recently updated - the bathrooms, linens and furniture sure don't seem to be. The cleanliness was not what we have experienced in other vacation rentals. Cobwebs, dust and allergens related to animals in the condo (it advertised no pets yet the guest book has a guest discussing how their pet enjoyed the stay) made it uncomfortable for our allergies. While the kitchen is pretty - the lack of matching plates, cups and silverware made it difficult to cook and serve a nice meal. Overall the location was ideal - in my opinion, the condo needs some work.
The new blue carpet, blue sofa, and loveseat from what was pictured were nice. Wonderful fires at night. The Woods area is so close to Killington and restaurants plus the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room are a plus! Bathrooms dated, kitchen tight. The washer had mold and a foul smell. Tried cleaning it and ran two loads until I realized the dryer was broken. Vacasa would not respond to four attempts to call, chat, and email. After my fifth attempt, I was told the owners would buy a new dryer so I was stuck with wet and dirty laundry and had no time to waste another night to find a laundry mat in Rutland. Think they knew and should have warned us not to plan for laundry. Overall the complex was great.
The TV in the living room was having so many issues it disrupted the downtime with my friends and I. The TV must have reset 200 times. We tried to access the apps connected to the smart tv and it would just glitch out and shut off. Eventually, the problem with the lasers, or whatever was struggling carried over into the regular TV (not just the apps, such as YouTube or Netflix)
We really like the condo. Everything is great except for this.( which, unfortunately had had a lot of our time attention, trying to fix instead of enjoying a show or movie peacefully)
The home itself was cozy, clean, and well-suited for our family’s stay. The location was great and overall the property met our needs. One area that needs improvement is communication. Messages were not returned in a timely manner, including during a safety-related issue. After rain followed by freezing temperatures, the stairs leading to the front door became extremely icy. There was no salt or ice scraper available, and while I did reach someone via the emergency line (after being on hold for 10 minutes), no one followed up afterward. One of my children slipped and nearly broke his ankle trying to enter the home. The house itself is lovely, but better responsiveness and basic winter safety supplies would make a big difference for guests, especially during colder months.
