Everything was fine but no hot water in the back building. I called and it never got fixed. They knew it was working and still place myself and two other rooms that traveled with me all in the back building. Other than that the stay was fine.

Had to change to 2 different room in just 24, the first room had no hot water and I was not informed at time of check in, 2nd room had 2 flights stairs , but the last room the AC only worked if it was set on 65 degrees or lower. at 70 degrees it would blow out cool not cold air. Staff was very nice and friendly,

Oh boy you don’t have enough space for my review. I’m not sure if Wyndham knows that this hotel is associated with them. I realize due to the eclipse you could increase your prices by triple and definitely more than the hotel had to offer. We checked in early in the day and we looked at 4 rooms and all smelled of smoke and were very small and dingy. The double beds were so small and uncomfortable. I knew we couldn’t really find anything else due to the eclipse but I was very disappointed. The bathroom was so small and dingy. I would never recommend this motel and I hope you pass this review on.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean, and all the amenities worked well, even the hvac was quiet. The bathroom shower fixtures could use updating. They worked fine, but definitely look worn. Also the room door jam needs repair.

This is a poor quality place and I felt a bit like I was in the "Bates Motel" from Psycho. Very cramped, not as clean as it should be and needs maintenance. It had no room phone and the price was exorbitant, even for the Eclipse weekend. Definitely not up to current standards. I will admit the bed was comfortable, but that is the best I can say.

So these ppl at the front desk claim they refunded my 75 dollar deposit but they deffinently didn't .....and I have called them bc it's no longer pending on my bank statement it went thru for the 75 dollar amount...I have called and spoke multiple times and asked for a refund receipt and 3 times and 3 different emails were used and still they seem to not be able to provide the refund receipt ...I'm not gonna let this go thru without fighting the charge bc it is COMPLETELY ridiculous!!!

The worst LaQuinta I have ever stayed at. If your over 5.5 tall then you will have to bend over to use the shower on your head. Bathroom door almost hits the toilet when close it. Paint had huge (basketball size) bubbles on the wall. It did seem very clean tho.

I have stayed at other LaQuinta motels and have had good experiences. This place was an example of a poorly done DIY remodel. The vinyl plank flooring was installed leaving gaps at the walls. The bathroom barely had room to stand in. Enter, stand next to the commode, close the door, then do your business. This “remodel was so poorly done! The tub had been installed on top of an 8” platform, making stepping in and out not only tricky but downright dangerous! The door was filthy. The walls were painted right over areas that needed patching. Add to this, maid service had just been there but left a nearly empty roll of toilet paper in the holder with no backup roll. Attention to detail?! If anyone at LaQuinta is listening, ya might want to go look at this facility. And get your name off the sign! This place looked more like a place you rent by the hour… Bad, bad, bad, bad…

Had a very nice stay, staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing is no chairs to sit outside room also when I asked for towels, I was told to bring back dirty ones because they were low on them. Marcy who works 3 to11 is amazing as I traveled for 12 hours, she got me checked in right away and checked in with me every day I was there!

Hotel puts the “hood” in ft. Hood.
