It is conveniently located on the same level as the fitness center, and walkway to the beach. We've added a new Polywood, high-top table with 4 chairs on the deck to enjoy meals outside while watching the waves. New bedding has also been added in each bedroom. Bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and granite countertops. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for that perfect cup of coffee. There is a waffle maker for a delicious breakfast and a George Foreman in the kitchen. The unit has 2 queen beds, TVs in each bedroom, and a Smart TV in the living room. The unit is equipped with free WiFi and books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. This unit is pet-friendly (fee) and perfect for families or couples! \*\*\*The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed. This condo was clean, pet friendly and well appointed, and best of all….. right on the beach!! It was so easy to access the pool, fitness center, and beach from this unit. I had to run to store get cleaned and scrub tubs and kitchen. Dog hair was all over tile as if it wasn’t mopped or swept! Bedspreads and shams were dirty and blankets in closet weren’t washed! Screen door almost fell on my 3 year old. I felt for the price these things should have been done properly! After the initial cleaning the place was great! ##### Lindy E. The pool and beach weren’t too busy while we were there which was great for an active toddler. We found the condo a bit chilly all week for our toddler with no way to control the temperature, but overall was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it! ##### Megan D.
