Con: we arrived and there were no towels/called and did not receive them until the next day after 1:30 when we left to go to the beach (after 3 calls to Vacasa). The adjacent condo (not sure if it was behind us or above us) houses heavy smokers. When we arrived on Friday at 4 we only spent an hour in the condo getting ready and then left to meet some friends and returned at 10PM and the smoky smell was overwhelming. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to everything. The pool was large and enjoyable, as was the view sitting on the patio. The beds were comfortable and area was quiet. The internet code never worked & when I informed about it a few times I was just give the same code. I fortunately had a Jet-Pack to use. I would recommend rearranging the living room furniture, with the couch facing the TV, so that everyone could enjoy watching a movie vs. just the two sitting in the lazy boy chairs. Had to open all the windows to air out but never got rid of the smell. I called the service to tell them know of our unhappiness. We also found 2 cockroaches.
