“Greystone II” is not quite an accurate name for this cute, amenable, and well-kept rental as it sounds cold and uninviting. NOT SO! This is a pretty, casual, and beachy destination. This lovely vacation rental has a private pool and hot tub! This well-kept rental shows the pride the owners have in every area of the house. The pool area is well-maintained and beautiful. The beds are comfy and the kitchen/dining area has room for more than one family chef.  
  
The screened porch off the great room is where you will spend most of your time. Furnished with a café table that seats 4, it's perfect for games, coffee or just reciting those favorite family stories. The beach is an easy walk, just by the house, next door, and down the street to a favorite beach access. Centrally located on quiet inner streets you can walk, bike or jog to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and activities.  
  
Top-Level: Great Room with TV, Blu-Ray Player, Access to Screened Porch leading to Sun Deck, Kitchen with Island seats 5, Dining Table seats 8, Hall Half Bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with TV.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.  
  
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

#### Amazing place

The house for 8 people was the perfect size! We never felt on top of each other with the size of the inside and the outside pool and hot tub. Also being so close to the beach access was a huge plus! The elevator was also a suprise and huge plus for packing and unpacking!

#### Great location

We LOVED the location of this house. Super quick easy walk to the beach, great places to eat all around, quite street! However the house seemed to not have had a deep clean in a while. We even paid for a mid week clean and all that was done were beds made and maybe some vacuuming. The house is a little choppy and had a ton of random extras, like books everywhere, furniture in every nook of the house. Just not my style and made it feel cramped. Bathrooms are outdated and a little rough looking. We even had an old bar of soap left in one of the showers. Over all we really enjoyed our trip, but willing to pay a bit more for some nicer finishes. This was also a very last minute booking which we were extremely lucky to find and book with in two months!! We had a blast. P.s the out door area makes up for any weirdness inside !!
