The views are awesome and the place is very quiet. The beach is so so. The air conditioning is very loud and you cannot watch tv at the same time the ac is running as you cannot hear the tv. The bedroom does not have ac. You get the air from the window unit that is in the livig room. Therefore, you have to blast the ac so it gets cool in the room. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of dishes, wine opener, cups, etc. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage 3 stories high. Plenty of towels and pillows. No shampoo or body wash provided. Only hand soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, washing machine pods, and coffee for 2 days. Washer and dryers available on site (not inside the unit) for 3 each per cycle. Pool was small, but nice. Parking was available all days of our stay. No issues. Supermarket , shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Drapes in the bedroom need to be cleaned. They are dusty and so are the ceiling fans and vents. Especially the one in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay again knowing all these things as they are small annoyances. Received courtesy calls after checking in and prior to checking out. No issues with the property whatsoever. ##### Mainnor P. This is a smaller and very quiet property. We really enjoyed the location. The one negative comment I can leave with it being one that could be easily changed. The bed is HORRIBLE! I understand they were trying to possibly make this property accessible to a couple or ability to break it into twins, but for a couple it made it very uncomfortable. The room is small and I'm not really sure how you would have room to split into twins. The kitchen was very well equipped but it would be nice to replace the blender. It was showing it's wear and tear. I would recommend this property for it's smaller quiet aspects and location. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the water is incredible and gives you front row seats to beautiful Maui sunsets. It’s a pretty quiet area which we enjoyed. The kitchen has been recently updated and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The only thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that they don’t provide any beach equipment like coolers, chairs, etc. Anything that is there is left from previous guests. While a cooler would have been convenient to have for the beach, it definitely didn’t affect our enjoyment of the condo. The other thing to note is that while the beach in front of the condo is great for walking, it’s not a swimming beach - brownish water (due to recent storms) and very rocky in the water. There are plenty of other beaches nearby though so don’t let that deter you. Overall, it was a great experience for us! ##### Kristin V. The coffee pot was chintzy (fell apart the first time I used it), the screen the sliding door stuck, the screens on the louvered windows were falling out and the smoke detector went off intermittently. ##### Cheryl H. The building is old and has lots of deferred maintenance. Located on 3rd floor of building with no elevator. Afternoon sun needs some screening. Pool is tiny but clean. ##### Elise L.
