One of the best units at Sugar Beach with it's sweeping ocean views and views of the harbor. Watch the whales as they frolic and play right from your own balcony or enjoy the lazy turtles swimming by. Top luxury finishes will make you feel right at home. This is one of those units you will want to visit over and over again. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa,TV and central AC for your comfort. Book now and for the future. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green, onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbecue facilities also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip or to rent you a stand up paddle board. Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Due to new ownership, some living room furniture has been updated, including a brand new sofa bed as of May 2024, the bedroom is unchanged.

July 2023- family vacation

The condo generally spoken needs some deep cleaning. The decorative pillows, carpet and upholstered furniture are really dirty. The cleaning crew had passed before our arrival, but the employee had made a quick cleaning, due to, according to him, the late departure of the previous renters. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to make it acceptable for a family with kids. The towels are minimally provided. The pictures are accurate, but the unit is a bit worn out even if the unit has been updated recently. Overall, it's a great complex and location and the beach is great.

The view from this condo was incredible. We saw whales and had incredible sunsets without having to go anywhere. It was so nice to have direct access to Sugar Beach-to take walks, enjoy the view and sit and soak it in. The coolers, towels and chairs were very handy and much appreciated. We also liked the convenience of Dina's Sandwitches on site - great food. Would love to see a few more upgrades to the place like a new microwave and more/new glasses, silverware & kitchen supplies.

Sugar Beach

Sugar Beach Resort is nice. The room was good but could use a few things like toilet paper. I would recommend this place. The biggest disappointment is the ocean in Kihei. The water looks brown and not very inviting . Overall I liked the room and the poolAre.

Stay at Sugar Beach

We had a great time staying at this condo on Maui. The views from the lanai are spectacular. We saw whales! The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook inside or grill out but it’s also easy to take a short ride for lunch or dinner and daily excursions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Maui!

The Condo had everything you needed for a stay. Beautiful views from lani. Seen a few whales sitting having coffee from there. Really only complaint was there were no curtians to block sun out. I relize they may do it for the view. And no stove exhaust for when your cooking, could get a little smoke filled room. Other then that we only hung out in it at night to sleep. It was clean, nice& a pretty quiet place. Our bed was comfortable but it was squeaky which was annoying. Even when one of us moved it would wake the other person.Other than that, it was awesome!THANK YOU! Super helpful lady at the rental shop!

Perfection

The balcony view is mesmerizing and will make every night breathtaking. The location is perfect as it is centrally located. Being close to Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's allows for beach walks for breakfast or dessert. Everything was perfect.

Great location!

Gorgeous location. Pool was crowded and noisy so we skipped that. The outlets in the kitchen were blown so the microwave wasn’t operational. I’m sure they would have fixed it but we didn’t want to spend our time messing with it. I didn’t like that the bathroom was in the bedroom - but that’s more of a personal preference. The floors were very dirty - they were swept but this place hasn’t seen a mop in awhile. All that said, the views are worth the other issues.

Amazing view and perfect location!

My friend and I loved staying at Sugar Beach PH#31. All the photos were accurate. The weather was perfect and being steps away from the beachfront was glorious. The calm water and beautiful sunsets, whether on the balcony or beachfront, gave me a sense of peace and rest. I wish I had another week and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We loved our stay. The unit was great with most beautiful views. It was so amazing being able to sit on the lanai watching the waves with the occasional turtle. The only complaint we have is the last 2 days someone in another unit was smoking on their lanai and it smelt so bad that we would have to go inside.
