Games, beach toys, water football & volleyball, chairs, umbrella etc. This place really did have it all and we are very grateful! The kitchen had everything I needed and was functional. The location was perfect for me, close to the ocean, and a short walk to my church, the gym, restaurants, food trucks, and the grocery store. The morning sunshine on the lanai made a wonderful space to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Check in was seamless and parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable and I rarely used air conditioning, although it was available. The pool and grilling area were just a short walk across the grass and were very nice. If you're looking for an affordable place with conscientious owners, this is your place. ##### Tom S. Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 2 minute walk to the beach; a 5 minute walk to Times grocery store; 5-7 minute walk to Nalu's South Shore Grill (a favorite of mine); and an easy drive to many other fun activities. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the size of the bed in the bedroom is only a full-size. It's ok for 2 children or 2 petite people. But, for 2 adults it would be cramped. I traveled solo, so it wasn't a big deal to me.
