The check-in was extremely easy and all done through text. In addition to be a very clean, so many amenities were provided, including an umbrella, beach towels, chairs, etc. The best part is the location as it is in sun shiny Kihei. Each day we started with a long walk along the beach to watch turtles, came back and sat by the pool/hot tub until 11am & then walked across to the beautiful beach! Additionally, it is centrally located, so we were able to visit four other beautiful beaches. We are also within walking distance of kayak/surfboard rentals, and whale watching/Molokini boat tours. Great view of the cove from the lanai even though it’s on the first floor, it’s right in the middle so it’s straight ahead view. Plenty of comfortable room to rest and relax between rounds of golf. The filtered water from the fridge is a nice feature for filling up your water bottle. Need to make sure the fridge is closed all the way. Occasionally the doors will pop open when shutting the opposite fridge door. I would definitely stay here again if available. ##### Gregory D. The unit was perfectly sized for our family of 4 and very clean. Plenty of necessities in the kitchen for cooking meals and packing beach picnics. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and sand toys that were provided in the unit. The pool at the complex is very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed grilling and eating at the large picnic tables with our friends who were staying in a different unit in the complex. The sofa bed was fine for 2 kids. The master bedroom does get quite warm, but the provided tower fan helped with that. In-unit laundry was a big plus as we needed to wash beach and pool towels frequently. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before or during our trip. The front door makes a loud noise when opening, and the sliding back door gets stuck and cannot be opened from the outside. The screen door is also difficult to slide. We appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available in the closet—thank you for that—but the umbrella is broken and could be hazardous since one of its ribs is damaged. ##### Er L. My husband and I stayed six days in Beverly Miller's condo at the beginning of February 2018\. The photos do give an accurate description of the place. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and the location perfect for both driving and walking. The best for us was the view from the sliding glass door.
