Stunning Ocean View, in South Kihei, Maui. Free Wireless Internet access. Enjoy the ocean breezes and panoramic unobstructed ocean views from this second floor unit. This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything. THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 PEOPLE. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $20 per night. Unfortunately the condo is not child safe due to the stainless steel wire ropes design. You can enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants. Terms and Conditions Deposits and Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 40 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Hawaii Tax ID No. W30651528-01 Terms: Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. Even had pickleball rackets to use.The upstairs loft did get pretty warm during the day but we did not use the area. Air conditioning worked well in the main living room and bedroom. It had everything we needed including beach equipment and beach-specific toiletries. The view was incredible, and it was so fun to see the morning surfers and the sunsets.
