Fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a fabulous meal. \_\_ New, completely renovated bathrooms, low profile tub in master bathroom perfect for bathing kids. \_\_ Fully Air Conditioned Unit! Deluxe AC unit in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Be warned-some units at The Palms that claim to have AC, only have AC in the master bedroom (which is how the complex was originally constructed). New AC System in entire unit. — 3 new ceiling fans (living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom) \_\_ Black out curtains in both bedrooms and living room to help get a good night sleep! \_\_ All the beach gear you could need for your trip! (beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, snorkel sets, boogie boards, sand toys, life jackets, beach bag, towels). —New flooring —New, high quality linens —New king mattress in master bedroom \_\_New twin XL mattresses (can convert to a king bed in 2nd bedroom) \_\_New sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress to make for a comfortable stay. —New, high quality towels —New art and decor — Cable TV and SMART TV in master bedroom and living room. 2nd bedroom TV is Smart TV only. I also own two other units nearby if you are traveling with a group and looking for units close together. —Master Bedroom: A king size bed, cable/SMART television and fully remodeled bathroom. Luxurious linens, new pillows, new mattress and furniture. Blackout curtains to help get a great nights sleep! A closet is available for your use as well as six drawers to unpack and settled in for your stay. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Master bedroom is quiet and looks out onto lush, tropical greens. Does not back up to a road and is away from the parking lot. Black out curtains to help with jet lag and help to get a restful sleep. — Second Bedroom: This private, closed off second bedroom is perfect when traveling with 2 couples, family members, children, or friends. Many units in The Palms that offer a “second bedroom” have sliding doors or an open floor plan for the second bedroom. This is a fully private, walled in 2nd bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with shower. Ability to set up with 2 twin XL beds or as a king bed. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Blackout curtains to help get a good night sleep. Three drawer dresser and closet to settle in for a comfortable stay. TV located in 2nd bedroom only has access to streaming services (no cable). \-- A spacious lanai adds 475 sqft of additional space for you to enjoy outdoor dinning and relaxing, 2 lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing while you enjoy the lush, serene landscaping The Palms at Wailea is known for. Two bar stools pull up to the kitchen window which opens up to allow for indoor/outdoor living. No one will feel like they are "stuck" in the kitchen on vacation! \--FAMILY FRIENDLY!! We have two young kids of our own so designed this unit with families in mind. We provide sand toys; life vests; pack-n-play with bedding and a REAL mattress (because when the baby is well rested EVERYONE has a better vacation !!); kid friendly dishes, cups and cutlery; low bathtub in the master bedroom perfect for kids. A short walk to the pool! Parking directly in front of unit. \--IN UNIT FREE LAUNDRY and complementary laundry supplies (because if you have to spend time on vacation doing laundry it should be easy and not involve looking for quarters!) \--Incredible Ocean Views from the Hot Tub and Resort Style swimming pool. The condo was very cozy and modern as listed and overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a ton of trouble with the wifi almost the whole time while staying which was 10 days. The host was great to swap out the modem but it unfortunately continued during our stay which was a bummer with working and streaming during our trip between the living room and the bedroom both. We also were displeased with the main screen/metal door not locking or latching which was a security issue as there is no peep hole is the main door. Also there was a tote of chairs and snorkel gear as listed but most are very worn and/or broken which was also a bummer when beaching. We would recommend this spot and/or stay again however just seems like with as much as your paying a few things need to be upgraded to truly feel “LUXE” ie…wifi, beach gear, security. ##### MIRANDA W. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, in allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage, selbst Sonnenschirm, Taucherbrille und Stühle für den Strand sind vorhanden. Man kann den Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Auto an den schönen Makena Beach gefahren. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war super. Das Einchecken war absolut problemlos. This Wailea Palms unit is exactly as described, newly renovated and everything we needed for a fantastic trip. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and noted that this is the cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Our other favorite aspect of the condo was the lanai with ocean views. We spent hours on it every day, from eating breakfast in the morning, to afternoon drinks after a day at the beach. We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again. ##### Justin B. We stayed for the month of February and had an amazing stay! Property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, great location, and beautiful lanai. Our host Jillian was a great communicator and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We loved our stay here, can’t wait to come back! It was roomy and had great patio that was both covered and uncovered making it perfect throughout the day and a great spot for dinner. We were a quick drive to amazing beaches and shops. We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Host was super responsive & communicative with details for the stay, the condo is very well furnished (including beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids toys, etc). The location is close to many food choices (5-10 minutes drive), Safeway close by. Excellent beaches are within 10-15 minutes reach. When we get another opportunity to come to Maui, this is the first place we will check.
