Maui Vista is one of the most centrally located condo complexes in Kihei and only a 25 minute drive from the airport. We are within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Across the street is Charlie Young Beach where you can view the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets you'll ever see. Wailea is just 5 minutes away and Paia, known for it's old town charm, many trendy restaurants and shops including beautiful beaches just a short walk or drive away. The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. Our condo is a comfortable air-conditioned (in both the bedroom and living room) one-bedroom, one-bath that sleeps 4 utilizing a newly installed cabinet bed rather than a sofa-bed for the best comfort experience. As a ground floor unit we have an extra large Lanai with views of the garden and the swimming pool (one of three) is only steps away. Charlie Young Beach, also known as Kamaole I is a short walk across the street. This NON-SMOKING vacation condominium is located a few steps from the pool on ground level in Building Two. For your total comfort, we have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (on 4-hour timers) two ceiling fans and a floor fan to keep you comfortable. We wanted to create a home away from home in that you will have all of the essentials you will need for your stay. Some of the comforts and furnishings of home that you will find in our condo for either short or extended stays include: • Fully equipped kitchen—stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (Keurig coffee maker regular coffee maker, french press, toaster, blender, rice cooker), dishes, cookware, BBQ utensils, etc.. It is a smaller condo than what I visually expected from the pictures. No place to put luggage. The condo is old and would benefit from some upgrades example outdoor patio, linens and pillows. I understand the importance of termite spraying, but it should be scheduled between rentals, not during. ##### Irene L. The bathroom sink was partially clogged which for some reason it seems to be a common problem. The kitchen was stocked well with necessary amenities. Also couldn’t get the bedroom air conditioner to work - also maybe our fault. My husband didn’t like how you could hear virtually everything anyone said while walking outside by our bedroom wall but probably not much you could do about it. Trying to keep this short and sweet, but there's no way other than to say that Brie thought of everything for her guests. Full kitchen, utensils, cookware, appliances, even seasonings! Extra towels, blankets, pillows. Sunscreen and after sun in the bathroom. Ready-to-go Beach set (that was utilized fully every single day): chairs, umbrella, coolers, picnic table, sand castle toys, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins. Cold A/C units for bedroom and living area. Wifi was dependable. Perfect location in kihei, walking distance from anything and everything (beaches, food/ drink, shopping). Ground floor, next to pool, but facing away from wind which was a good thing during a blustery November trip. Only regret was that i forgot to sign her guest log! The pool is right outside the lanai, the beach is right across the street, convenience store shopping is 2 blocks away, restaurants and shopping is 3 blocks away. Really appreciate the quick responses to questions. Upon arrival it was easy to retrieve keys and gain access. Location is great. Few steps to the pool and of course the short walk down to the beach. Being on the first floor was great to just load up the wagon and head out. Condo had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, outside seating, coffee makers, extra bathroom and beach towels and sheets. Apple TV was great for the 4 yr old while the adults got ready for the day. Apple TV wasn't really working in the bedroom but we made due. King size bed in bedroom was comfortable. The sofa bed could use an update as it's worn out and quite uncomfortable even for the kids. We ended up purchasing an air mattress for two of us to sleep comfortably in the living room. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable and worked well for us with a bit of creative placement for all of our luggage and bags that come with 3 adults and a toddler. ##### Stephanie S.
