Maui Vista #1-218 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the second floor of Building 1 with Ocean View. The condo has been refreshed with bright modern furnishing. It features air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The condo has been furnished comfortably to accommodate party of 4, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is big screen TV with Cable, free Wi-Fi, and DVD Player. One air conditioner unit in the bedroom and one in the living room to keep you cool, after a day at the beach or the pool. You have the view of the ocean from the lanai, while enjoying breakfast or morning coffee, or cocktail during sunset. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropical landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 gas grills to prepare your favorite grill recipes. Planning a day at the beach? This unit is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. There is also washer and dryer in the unit for your private use. Property tax ID: TA-139-706-2144-01  
  
Maui Vista Complex is located in Central Kihei, just 14 miles from the airport. Located across the street, this condo complex is minutes from Charley Young Beach. You also have choice to go to Kamaole One Beach to the South or Cove Park to the North, where you can surf. There are so many activities that you can do, beach combing, swimming, lounging around the beach, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volleyball and many more. Within walking distance or a short drive, you can go to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and spa. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From Central Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping.
