"I had excellent experience and Fray Zimmer is very helpful ."

"Great location right next to the train station. Friendly staff and quick check in. Clean, well maintained room. Excellent breakfast, with a great selection."

"Perfect location, really cute, beautiful rooms and amazing staff"

"The suite was truly excellent, the view was beautiful way up above huge trees. The pool was super. I found a lot of peace in this elegant, beautiful 80’s style hotel where the rooms were still big and spacious. A lot of people rate the breakfast highly. It was quite nice but could have had more options. The staff could also be more attentive and polite. It’s the rooms and the view that were beautiful."

"A warm welcome on arrival, a free room upgrade. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. A great night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptionally great, plenty of choices and this was complementary. Found all the staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel. Thank you 😊"

"In the centre of Kiel . Close to all amenities. Great value for money ."

"We didn’t have any interaction with the staff, however, the room was ready and the key was left conveniently in a safety box. Great location for an overnight stay."
