Unbeatable View and Stay!
This condo was super cozy and had everything you could need. The view was the best part! Location was really nice too, close to many different bars and restaurants. The shuttles were very useful to get to Keystone Resort during the weekend when parking was full. Overall will definitely be coming back again.

Nice property
Nice property with some wear and tear. A little dated but very accommodating. I would stay again. No AC and only some windows worked due to broken handles. Despite being dated I would stay again. Good value and check in process was simple.

Wonderful!
So I booked this stay for my parents and they loved it! Said that it was very clean and cozy inside. Said they had everything they needed. They loved the views from the windows and balcony. They didn’t seem to have any trouble getting there and checking in/out. Great spot!

Multiple broken things throughout the property.
The place was on a beautiful area near shopping areas, restaurants etc. It also has a beautiful view of the lake. Although there was multiple things broken such as blender, fridge, main door. It was a little disappointing.

Amazing location
This is a fantastic property for skiing at Keystone. I visited with my daughter and we loved the village, the fact we could walk to a couple of restaurants, and take advantage of the ice skating. I woke up early each day and just enjoyed watching the sky become light over the lake. Shuttle bus stop right in front of building was super convenient for getting to ski slopes. The property does show its age in some spots - the refrigerator door is starting to come off as is some of the lining on the front door. I’d also recommend leaving written directions on how to work the fireplace. Overall, we loved this spot and would come back!

March 2023 Ski Trip
Property was nice and convenient to the bus line. Only minor issues to report for owner to address. Both refrigerator and freezer handles were loose, and weather stripping was coming off the door (both refrigerator door and main door to condo). Also, two of the three key cards in the room didn't work. Otherwise it was great. Just reporting so they can be fixed, not trying to complain.

Was not as great as we expected for the price
Unfortunately we must have arrived at the end of the season. The kitchen was not stocked with the items listed, no cooking oil, spices or hot pads, no dishwasher pods, half a roll of paper towels. The bathroom was not very clean and the rug clearly was not vacuumed. There was just a flat and fitted sheet and a dozen pillowcases for the fold out bed, no blanket, even though we paid extra for our fourth person, when the lost says sleeps four. The batteries in the remotes were dead and had to reset the cable boxes to watch tv. There were only 4 hangers for the whole unit and no other places to store clothes (like a dresser). A rug would have been nice inside the door so we didn’t drag wet yucky snow in as well. Sorry to say it was not what we expected. Also only one of the three key cards in the lanyard is working.

Super convenient to Skiing!
We really enjoyed this place! The check in process was a little confusing and one of the outside keys wouldn’t work, but overall it was really clean and we enjoyed watching people skate on the ice. The space was great for 2 people!

Awesome Condo in Keystone!
We LOVED our stay at this condo! It's located right on Keystone Lake and down the street from River Run Village. The owner was awesome to work with and responded to emails right away. Check-in process was super smooth with no issues. We'll definitely be back!

Great Long weekend
Perfect location, nice unit and beautiful views. The outside of the unit is dated, but the inside is not. Has everything you need for your stay, my only negative comment would be the fireplace hardly has a flame, so we used jt more for a quick burst of warmth and never turned on the electric heat at all.

Great place for our Thanksgiving holiday
The unit was very clean and comfortable. Huge, beautiful living room windows provide a gorgeous view of the lake and beyond. It happened to be unseasonably warm while we were there so we really enjoyed the walking trails just behind the building. Shuttle to the River Run was just a short walk and we never waited more than 5 minutes. The property manager wasn't the easiest to get a hold of but we had no issues anyway. Would stay here again.

The view from this property is amazing. The property itself was clean. It’s a little dated and can use some TLC. 4/6 bulbs were out over one sink and the second sink had half of the bulbs out. Finding the key was extremely difficult. The key card I’d located in a brown cabinet to the right of the lobby door. You will need a key card to enter the lobby. We were given keys as well as a code to enter the unit. There’s not a way to lock the door from the inside other than the code lock. I felt this wasn’t very secure , especially if the code isn’t changed between guests. Overall a decent place for the price.

Perfect Couple Get Away
While the check in process was a bit tricky (we also did it in the dark), the rest of our stay was perfect. Comfy bed, slept with windows open, clean, spacious...really no complaints. Very close to Dillon and other towns all around.

Love the Location!!!!!
I love the location. Huge picture window with great view. Small lake with walking path & kayak/paddle board rental. Coffee shop and small store and restaurants near by. Also there is a path to walk/bike directly to the ski village. I really love this place and will definitely be back. I'm going to be honest that I was given the wrong instructions on where to find my lockbox for the key and the lockbox was not labeled. It took my 90 minutes to finally get my keys. The owner was gracious and offered me a late check out the next day plus 50% off my next stay. Will definitely take him up on that!!! The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had everything. We loved it!!!

Location was so peaceful and beautiful, loved every minute of it. Oliver was great on responses. Everyone was super friendly. Condo had everything we needed, and did I mention the view!! I want to bring the family back for another trip. I agree finding the building key cards was not well explained, but we figured it out. To get the building key cards there is a brown cupboard by the entrance of lakeshore building that has a bunch of key locks, find the unit number (it was pretty faded, and no pokadots) enter first code, take the key cards. Enter building go to unit, enter second code on keypad. Done. Don't forget the building key card when you leave the unit...

Weather was beautiful and the condo was great. The only downside was the check in information needs to be updated on the website. We called the property manager and it was handled very quickly. Bed was comfy and all the comforts of home. Nice little patio and we were able to sleep with the windows open all night and could only hear the geese. Which is awesome.

The view was spectacular, the place was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. My only complaint is about the check-in process, the wording is very confusing in terms of how to locate the key card to enter the building. It's a nit, but the lockbox is not polka dot as the instructions state and is located in a dark area near the building entrance, making it very hard to check in at night.

Beautiful view, with functioning fire place. No blinds on large window made the couch bed inconvenient to use. Nice location, adequately stocked. Would have been nice to have adequate linen for the number of guests booked. Prompt communication with our contact., and issues were quickly remedied.

Anniversary get away
The property is in a great location with views of Keystone Lake through huge windows. The bed was comfortable, gas fireplace heated three condo living area nicely. Only issue we had was at check-in, we had received old information about where the lock box was to the exterior door, but since the lock box is now on the exterior of the actual building that the unit is in, it's more convenient than having to walk to another building to get it. Oliver, the owner/property manager, answered my call promptly when inquiring about the location of the lock box and we were able to get the keys and entry into the unit with no further issues. We would certainly come back again and stay on this unit.

Wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed here for our mini moon. The property was beautiful, well kept and was a great homey place to come back to after snowboarding. The floor to ceiling window was gorgeous we spent a lot of time taking in the scenery and people watching. We would definitely stay there again.

View and Location
We were looking for a nice mountain getaway. This fulfilled every need. Beautiful views and location was great. Although several shops were closed around the property that was expected given the times we are in. The location is minutes away from Lake Dillon, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Pass. Would definitely recommend this peoperty anytime of the year.

We had a great stay in this condo and loved the views of the lake. The large windows allow you take in the incredible surroundings. The condo was clean, as advertised, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Oliver was great to work with and accommodated all of our needs. Just a side note: The elevator in the building wasn’t working, so we took the stairs. Not an issue for us, but if you have any mobility issues, getting to the 4th floor unit could be a challenge, depending on the elevator functionality.

Your condo was as advertised and the view was super!! The check-in process was not very good and not your fault, but the elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stars. Again, not your fault but made the beginning of our stay in Keystone not the best! But your condo was nice and we enjoyed watching the skaters on the lake. Thanks. Penny McDaniel

Nice place.
We had a great time in keystone. The condo was nice but needs some repairs. The sink faucet, blinds and windows were needing to be repaired or replaced. The bathroom shower curtain was quite moldy too. Overall it was clean. I'd have given it five stars other than the repairs.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, view was great, and location with shuttle was awesome. When we got their the lockbox was hard to find due to the snow kind of covered some of it and the lockbox was unlocked. However, I called the owner right away and he was there to help and answered all my phone calls immediately!
