This two-floor condo was very nice, clean and artfully decorated with a beach theme. The porches overlooking the pool area created a relaxing view and was an added bonus since it was not very hot and humid at this time of year. There were a few ceiling lights that did not work, and one sink drain that did not drain well. The tub in the master bath could use a little TLC. The kitchen was very well stocked and had a new dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. It would have been nice if the owner provided beach towels for use at the pool and beach. A couple of bikes to ride around locally would have been a nice touch as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were pleased with this quant gated community. ##### Kevin S. Everything was as described in the listing. The grill needs to be replaced. Try to get it to light with no sucess. Sent a couple messages to the host/contact but received no response. Overall it was a very nice stay with beautiful weather and temperatures. Quite a distance from Old town so you need to drive or uber/ ride share. Limited parking in old town and most of its paid parking. I would recommend the rental. Our stay was March 30, 2025 through April 6, 2025.the ##### Dale H.
