Building showing signs of age but within reason. No car parking at the unit but a very easy walk to parking lot. 40 parking per night. No private sitting area outside except for front porch. Street noise and late night pedestrians approx 15' from porch can be noisy but the bedrooms were in the back of the unit and kept noise to minimum. Streamed apps from phone as cable channels were limited at best.
