But nobody else had an issue.- Duval can be busy, if you want peace and quiet on a Friday or Saturday night you shouldn't be staying on Duval.I would recommend this unit if you want to be in the heart of Duval. ##### Tim M. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the three bedroom penthouse apartment. Everything is very clean, modern and well maintained. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This feels more like a home than an apartment. The linens and furniture are comfortable and high quality. The kitchenette is useful. There are TVs in each room and the living room. The outside terrace area is shared with two other units and features a sitting area... great way to end an evening. The A/C blows cool air to all rooms. Check-in is easy, with codes provided for the entry door off Duval St and the actual door to the unit. Located at the north end of Duval St and few blocks from the water. Of course you can hear a bit of music from nearby establishments, but it didn’t bother us at all. Extremely good communications from Colocada, real professionals.
