The first-floor bedroom includes a stylish, custom-built closet and a chest of drawers for storage so you can unpack with ease. A flat-screen smart TV allows you to unwind as you enjoy some screen time from the comfort of your bed. This downstairs bedroom has an attached half bathroom with a pocket door.

The second and third queen beds can be found in the upstairs double loft, accessed via the stairs next to the kitchen. The two rooms are separated by a panel and the front room overlooks the downstairs living room, so you’re never too far away from all the vacation fun!

A bright, modern full bathroom caters to your entire group. This sparkling bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with elegant glass doors and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

An outdoor picnic table provides you with a great spot to enjoy a tasty grilled dinner, while the sheltered seating area is ideal for chilling out beside the bay. An adorable tiki bar provides you with additional shelter from the elements as well as a delightful spot to enjoy an icy cold cocktail.

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your deck. Who knows? If you stay out long enough, you may even spot a manatee or a dolphin!

Throughout your stay, you’re invited to take advantage of your beautiful waterside surroundings. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available for you to use whenever you’d like. This property benefits from a large dock for boat launches or fishing, and boat trailer parking.

For a change of scenery, take a dip in the private community pool. Shaded sun loungers are available around the beautiful pool and there’s no better place to hang out and relax with your whole family.

Three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and plenty of living space await you for an unforgettable vacation in Key Largo. The breathtaking outdoor space will have you spending every waking moment outside or on the water!

Thoughtful extras have been provided so you can enjoy all the benefits of living by the water, including kayaks and SUPs. During your stay, you’ll also have access to high-speed internet, free parking, and a shared outdoor pool. For your convenience, you’ll find a shared coined laundry room near the pool as well as a community pool bathroom.

To fully enjoy the bay, we can help you with boat rentals or you’re welcome to bring your own boat. Dock space is available for docking and parking trailers (dockage fee may apply). The nearby boat ramp can accommodate boats up to 24’-25’ and a large boat ramp is available nearby (approx 10 to 15 minutes away from the property).
